I don t know if Florida having tropical weather all year around really constitutes it as being cleaner necessarily than other states. I d say it depends on where you live in the US by area, not necessarily by state. If you live in a small hamlet out in the rural country-side a couple of hours away from any large city, I say chances are you live in an area that is creates less waist and pollution than say Miami, Orlando, Tampa, etc. by virtue of those cities having more people living there, thus you have more traffic, more trash being produced, more energy being used by business and tall buildings, etc. then you would say in a small area somewhere in the Carolinas. That s not to say that those cities are polluted, but it would seem to me like the more urban an area is, the greater the chance is for pollution.I think what is determined cleaner that is something that to a degree goes beyond state boundaries. Air can be clean anywhere, north or south.
