Buckeye AZ verrado is it or is it not? -

my friend is moving to verrado and she wants me to ask people on yahoo what they think about it is it a nice place or a bad place to live

OMG!!! I live in regular Buckeye, Arizona and would love to be in Verrado. The houses are beautiful. The apartments and lofts are great. There are big houses and little houses. They are not all cookie cutter types but some of them are very close. The developers have the styles spreadout well.The HS is very modern, or so I ve read. It s green!! They have the Raven Golf Course at Verrado, It is awesome. The views of the whole valley are unbeatable.If you buy any home over $300K it will be really nice. Over $600K it will be wonderful/ If you pay a higher price then it will be up to your imagination!! Bowling next to your Champagne fountain??
