Trying to find a place to live, help? -

Okay, I am trying to figure out a good place to live, I am just going to name the things me and my friend want and maybe you will know of a good state and maybe even a specific town.It has to be in the US.Have the temperatures during the summer being at the highest 90 F.Snow every year. Not too expensive. Not a crowded place.Somewhere that we could afford 1 to 5 acres of land. Thanks to everyone that helps. :)

i would say virginia i live in northern virginia it snows every year, we just got 22 inches of snow where i live, last summer the high i believe was 91 degrees but that was the hottest it got. Virginias not too crowded like florida or ny. Northern virginia is expensive though not all of virginia is like that. Land is expensive in virginia you could find it easy but its probably really expensive.

Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, or the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. There will be times when the temps get above 90 F. It is almost impossible to find a place that does not get above 90 F in the contiguous 48.

South NJ-cheap land,4 season..if you miss big city -drive 2-3 hours and NY is there.
