Is Oak Island Nc. a good place to live? -

Thinking of relocating from Surf City Nc. to Oak Island Nc. Have kids and looking to raise them in a nice beach town. Don t know much about Oak Island, any one help with some info and what they think of Oak Island.

I have a vacation home there, it s a lovely place. Doesn t feel like a tourist beach at all. Nice restaurants, nice people.
