Yes Forum Shops are cool with two free anatronic statute shows and a ceiling that changes from night to day over hours.Don t forget to go 101 stories atop Stratosphere to see the entire city, esp at sunset and there are 3 scarey rides plus a restaurantMadame Tussaudes is a great wax museum, you touch them, and go see Grand Canal Shops with the wandering entertainment and gondola ride. Oh, don t miss the entrance to Venetiain, the fantastic ceiling.Another great show would be one of the 6 ciruqes, esp Mystere or Love!!!And don t forget enjoying a long leisurely buffet. All you can eat from appetizers to desert and non-alcoholic beverages. Plus there is Shark Reef Aquarium (self guided tour) at Mandalay Bay plus Sigfried Roys Secret Garden (tigers, dolphin)Have fun
Jubilee is good-very classic vegas. I like Md Tussuad s too.Could check out the Lamborghini showroom in the Palazzo. Forum Shopes in Caesars is similar to the Shops in the Venetian-so you could do either/or, but in the Venetian you ve got the gondola rides. If you have time, you can go out to the Hoover damn, if you have a whole day you can go to the grand canyon (but it s like 4 hours away)Try to see a Cirque show if you can.Check out downtown Vegas-it s old sketchy but you might as well. They have deep fried twinkies and oreos! wayyyy too much of a good thing-aretery clogging! But try it once.Take the local bus to downtown to save some money.
The forum shops are pretty cool (I usually just browse and watch the animatronic shows, alot of the stores are entirely too expensive for me!) Madamme Tussaudes is definitely worth the visit!Eiffel Tower....eh.There is a restaurant that has a live mermaid show, also one whose entire staff are transvestites...haven t been to either yet, but I hear they re pretty cool. The shows throughout the day in front of Treasure Island are pretty sweet, as is the fountain display in front of the Bellagio. The Shark Reef aquarium at Mandalay Bay is a good stop. We usually just spend a lot of our free time walking the strip, checking out the different casinos and shops, and people watching :)Oh, don t forget to see a light show at night on Freemont Street. Old school Vegas cheesy, but totally awesome! If you like touristy restaurants, there is a Planet Hollywood in the Forum Shops, and a Hark Rock cafe in the Hard Rock casino a few blocks off the strip.
I just answered your other Vegas question! Yes, the Forum Shops are definitely worth going to. There s tons of great shopping in Las Vegas. The site I m working with, VisitLasVegas.com, has a great shopping directory: http://www.visitlasvegas.com/vegas/play/Definitely check it out if you re in the mood for shopping! I think it will be helpful.
The Strip is similar to New York = you walk and people watch and end up places. You don t need to be so scheduled.
