Where is a good city for working in the USA, not LA or NYC? -

i am wondering where would be a good city to work in the usa that is not Los Angeles or New York City. maybe somewhere not on the coast. preferably somewhere that has a nice small town near by that i could live in and comute to work, or a nice suburb. also, i would be wanting to work in Public Relations as that is what i will have my degree in.

Chicago, Minneapolis BUT let me tell you that most PR firms and PR departments in even big companies have downsized so significantly that not much in the line of jobs. While you might prefer living in a particular area - you really need to focus on job first - and make the best choice between offers if you get any.

I go for Houston - lots of important jobs - a serious place, Austin is real nice and not far away. There are some very nice places to visit in Houston,Texas

Washington DC has the least crummy job market in the US right now.

Check out Dallas, Fort Worth or Austin...all in Texas.
