Is it ridiculous to buy tickets to Hawaii a week in advance???????????????????????????????????????????????? -

well i m 15. but i have told my mom for a while that i want to go to hawaii. but she does EVERYTHING last minute. so she has been looking and she says everything is too expensive. and $1,000 per person is too much. she wants to leave december 26.soo is it just going to get more expensive? what should my mom do to get the best deal? we live in california if it matters

First off, she shoudl have planned this a month advanced. That way, she could have researced her options and fidn the best deals. No, because it is being careful just in case if they run out but buying them longer then a month in advance is considered ridiculous.
