Does anyone know the name/singer of the song I have heard several times on the radio? -

It is a Christmas song and the lyrics go .. It s Christmas time again in San Francisco, there is not a snow flake on the ground.. sorry but I have only heard it twice and those are the lyrics that I remember... I live here so obviously they only play this tune on the radio in the bay area...thanks
