The indigenous people of Pennsylvania are the Erie tribe, the Iroquois tribes (especially the Seneca and Oneida), the Leni Lenape tribe (sometimes called the Delawares ), the Munsee tribe, the Shawnee tribe and the Susquehannock tribe. All the rest of us have ancestors who came from somewhere else.
Actually Ben Franklin wasn t a Native Pennsylvania. He was born in Boston. He didn t move to Pennsylvania until he was 17.Some native Pennsylvanians would be Will Smith, Dennis Miller, Bil Keane (creator of The Family Circus comic strip), Larry Fine (of the Three Stooges), Kevin Bacon, Chuck Barris (of The Gong Show), Danny Bonaduce, Adam Carolla, Bill Cosby, Kevin Eubanks (band leader on The Jay Leno Show), Jon and Kate Gosselin (as well as their eight kids), Princess Grace of Monaco, Mario Lanza, Betsy Ross, Toni Basil, Lisa Left Eye Lopes, Marty Allen (comedian, half of Allen and Rossi comedy team), Perry Como, Bill Cullen (old game show host), Jeff Goldblum, Fred Rogers (better known to many as Mr. Rogers), Jimmy Stewart, Andy Warhol, Joe Montana, and Kurt Angle.
