Could the California National Guard take over all the street gangs of Los Angles in one day? -

Recently i saw a tv special on gangs in la... and the gangs had the many of the same weapons as the military had expect for a tank

nope, many, many guys in the military ARE gang members themselves, the military recruits most of them from high school before they officially drop out and train them to become more efficient killers

No. The same reason we cannot control Iraq and Afghanistan. The bad guys blend in with the good guys too well.
