Are there actual seats in the floor section for the end stage set-up at the Staples Center? -

Or is it like general admission? Thinking about going to a show with an end stage set-up, but not sure if the floor seats are going to have actual seats or standing room only.

There are almost always reserved seats on the floor, unless it is a show like U2 or Bruce Springsteen, check on Ticketmaster for the show you are interested in and it will tell you for sure.
