What are some affordable cities on the east coast to raise a family that you would recommend? -

looking at Western Massachussetts, Albany, Wilmington (Delaware) any others??

Atlanta, GA and surrounding cities. We moved here from NJ 6yrs ago and found it to be very reasonable and conducive to raising respectable children.
