21st birthday in NYC with Open Bar? -

I m turning 21 in January and I have no idea where to go to celebrate with my friends! I live on the east end of Long Island and I really wanted to go into the city with friends. Is there anywhere anyone recommends? Preferably with open bar, but if not it s not a big deal

Open bars a legal in NYS only for private functions ... which means it could be done for your birthday party but only by contacting the bar management and making that arrangement.
