DO you have any idea for great places to live without all the snow? -

I live in Michigan. Can t stand all the snow. I am originally from Memphis , Tennessee but don t want to live there. I must also take into consideration the job market and cost of living. Where would you suggest? i also like cities where there are lots of fun things to do .
