College student seeking beach house help...? -

I am a college student in Arizona and over spring break I would like to rent a beach house in San Diego for a few days with 7 of my friends. However... none of us are 21. Does any one have any experience or recommendations about this? I have found some great deals, but I need a place that allows 18 and over rather than 21 and over.

I m guessing you re not going to find anything. Owners put in those age restrictions in order to avoid Spring Breakers. You re paying the price for the immature and irresponsible students in the past who caused trouble and/or damage in the past, unfortunately.
