I think of a funny accent...
I automatically think of The Other City By The Bay or James Gandolfini. It pretty much sums up my part of the state. But New Jersey s a couple different states rolled into one, the northern end is nothing like the Jersey Shore, the Pine Barrens area, or the western farmland areas. It s got a lot of diversity packed into a small package. That s what s cool about Jersey there really isn t anything that sums up the entire state (except maybe the Garden State Parkway. Every Jersey resident has been on it at least a hundred times). To be honest, Beth, New jersey has a lot to offer. I ve lived in many other states trust me, NJ isn t half bad..
Having lived there 1960 to 1972 I think mosquitoes.Having visited there in 1989 (including formerly rural areas), I think suburban sprawl.
One word, three syllables: Aquanet.
A state full of skanky ho s!
