Is nrotc hard to get commisioned through? -

i wanna go to the navy but the only school with my major is very expensive so i dont want to try and put all i can to get shot down and not get to the advanced stages to get commisioned in nrotc and then be in debt out of school. is it a gamble to take?

I would put this under Military as this is for US travel.
