Where should I book a place to stay in the Poconos for romantic weekend? -

I want to know what are some things we should do but more importantly where can we stay for the weekend of February 21st...it is my boyfriends birthday so i would like it to be special since it will be our first time visiting the Poconos.....its a surprise but he did mention he always wanted to rent a cabin and go skiing...so any suggestions would be helpful...Thank!!
