What is the best part of Alaska to visit? -

All of it!Take a cruise to the inside passage. It is surreal.Take a boat in Seward: incredible views and animal sightingsDrive to Anchorage-have fun in the cityThen drive to Talkeetna- hire a bush pilot to fly you to base camp on Mt. McKinley.Go to as many towns as you can, it is fascinating.Go in the winter, you can ski just south east of AnchorageMake sure to go by turn again arm.Take a train ride from Seward to Mt. McKinley. Oh the views are magnificant!

Both Anchorage and Fairbanks are the best parts of AK to visit. There s plenty of great flight seeing opportunites, adventure tours, beautiful scenery, and interesting wildlife in both areas. In Anchorage, you ll want to visit the Anchorage Botanical Gardens, Alaska Zoo, Alaska Railroad Depot, Alaska Heritage Museum, and Alaska Avian Heritage Museum. Also, you ll want to visit Portage Glacier, Potter s Marsh Bird Sanctuary, Earthquake Park, Chugach State Park, and Nunaka Valley Park.In Fairbanks, be sure to visit Pioneer Park, Botanical Gardens, Ice Museum, Santa Claus House, take a Riverboat Discovery Tour, Alaskaland, Chena River Recreational Area, The El Dorado Gold Mine, Manley Hot Springs, Moose Mountain, and Denali National Park. Also, don t miss a unique experience at 40 Below Fairbanks, where you can go into a room set at 40-50 degrees F below zero.

It is only open in the summer and it is really primitive, but it is amazing. I have never been there, but I have seen it on TV.
