Where is a good place to stay, (cheap, romantic, fun) in las vegas for my boyfriend and me? (were both 19)? -

I m taking my boyfriend to Las Vegas a few days after X-mas to see the show Love for his birthday present. Were young and looking for a place to stay that is fun, romantic and has a cool vibe but isn t expensive. I really want it to be special and memorable. Thanks for the help guys!

You can get a room for 10 bucks a night or less - or spend a tiny bit more and get a pretty good room.Make sure you check the hotel policies on under 21 year olds booking rooms. Some casinos try pretty hard to keep the under age people away.Excalibur is in a pretty good location and is pretty inexpensive but also a little bit rundown (during booking you should be able though to upgrade your room to something pretty nice for not much more)Other good choices for price and location - Imperial Palace (center strip and pretty cheap), Hooters not a bad location and decent, cheap rooms, Stratosphere, far north end of the strip but suprisingly nice rooms for cheap and full of younger people, or Sahara (a little run down but pretty cheap).Hope this helps,Adam

Of those listed by lvgeno (the only ones you can check into under 21), I would pick Luxor or MGM - they are both pretty fun places with cool vibes. Both have pretty good rates right now, especially Luxor. They are pretty far from Love, but you can take a bus, taxi, or the monorail to Mirage for that. You could even walk it if you really wanted to. I would avoid Riviera, which is the only other hotel on the strip that allows people 18+ to check in. The others are either downtown or just off the strip.

The problem you are going to have is your age. Most hotels here you have to be 21 to reserve and check in. Here are the only hotels in Vegas that allow 18+ to check in.MGM GrandLV HiltonGolden NuggetLuxorPlazaRivieraVegas Club

I would say not for cheap a romantic place but try Excalibur for a great deal or see what Mirage has for you since you are seeing Love. Another romantic thing to do is go see Phantom of the Opera

I would recommend Mirage - but it really depends on what you mean by cheap . Any price range you can include would be helpful.
