I hate to tell you this, my dear, but Seattle has a HUGE homeless population. Most of them are young. I ll bet they had the same idea you and your friend have, when they arrived.The best way to move is this: SAVE SOME MONEY!!! Work for a while somewhere else, and save every dime you possibly can. Do a lot of research into rental prices and cost-of-living in the different Seattle neighborhoods. In other words -- plan carefully and responsibly.Let me tell you: the real estate is NOT cheap there!! You might want to consider an area outside of the city...well outside!
Don t do it! Socal is WAY the hell cooler, nicer, and more fun than Seattle. You also would have a lot better opportunities for opening a business.
