I am not sure what you mean by the other portions . The Cosmopolitan Resort Casino is physically next to City Center, and MGM almost took it over (but declined). That will be 3000 rooms, but is not going to open until a year from now [ the same timeframe as the Harmon Hotel (400 rooms) ].As for the rest of Vegas:(0) Golden Nugget Rush tower (opens today) 500 rooms(1) Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate 3667 ( 721 timeshares 480 hotel rooms)(2) Hard Rock Hotel expansion (375 rooms on top of the 490 rooms added on August 1)(3) The Grandview at Las Vegas tower #6 in July 2010 (400 rooms--------------------(4) The bidding has begun on the Fountainbleau so that might be completed next year (3800 rooms)(5) The Octavius Tower at Ceasars Palace is finished on the outside. Can be done quickly (665 rooms)(6) The half finished tower on the Venetian is stalled indefinitely (1000 rooms)============The Echelon which is only steel girders on the site of the old Stardust is stalled indefinitely.
