Whats the best way to travel from Shirley NY to Oswego NY? -

I don t own a car and I need to get from home (Shirley NY) up to Oswego NY. I was thinking of using Greyhound or something similar. There is bus transportation center in Hempstead NY which isn t far from home and I know that Greyhound operates from there. Can anyone help me find the most efficient way to get there?

The Greyhound website would have info about routes, tickets, etc.

Neither of those places are in New York City.
