Is there anywhere cheap in Conroe, tx that I could rent out and use as a party house? -

I don t want to trash the place or anything, I just need a place for one night where my friends and I can just chill. Preferably a condo or a cabin in lake Conroe or anywhere near, but cheap and where we won t get in trouble.
