Are there any Georgia Perimeter Students that can tell me about the Jcard? -

I m a new Georgia Perimeter Student and I qualify for financial aid; I have money left over from my aid and I know that the college has a Jcard and they don t give out refund checks. How does the Jcard work? I went to their site, but it didn t help. Will I be able to withdraw cash from my Jcard? Eat out at fast food places or buy supplies for school that s not in campus? I m thinking of opening a Wachovia Student checking account, and I wanted to know if it s possible to transfer funds from my Jcard to Wachovia?
