What to wear in the winter in new york city? -

Im going in december and i was just wondering, for guys with the whole urban style, do they wear a graphic tee, hoodie on top, and than a coat above all of those with jeans or would i need more layers? any other suggestions

Definitely check the weather in advance. somedays it will be in the 40 s others in the teens, I would wear jeans, with maybe warm pajamas underneath them. A long sleeve shirt, with a winter coat on, with a hat, scarf, mittens, etc. I also recommend that you buy shoe pads for your feet, like dr. scholls, because you will be doing a lot of walking :) Enjoy

Nice thing about NYC, you can get away with wearing absolutely anything.You should try the preppy style with boot-cut jeans, oxford shirt with sweater on top, and a scarf. Much sexier

Wear a very heavy sweater, jacket/coat, scarf, gloves, jeans, boots (if its snowing or if there s left over snow). And if ness: hat. Good luck!

Your style is your own but do layer like crazy. Don t forget gloves, boots,heavy socks a hat (beanie).
