I use SkyPark. You have the option of outdoor or indoor parking. They have 24-hour shuttles, although like all other lots, after midnight you call them to come and get you. Another thing I like about them is they valet the car for you, rather than picking you up or dropping you off in the lonely parking lot. I use Park SFO the most. They do, of course have a free shuttle to the airport and have been voted the best by many Bay Area people. You may even find a free 1 day parking pass on line if you park there for a week or so.
