Okay I can think of CSUNPierceNorthridge MallTopanga MallFallbrook MallAnywhere else besides the places listed above like any shopping centers that might fit the criterion

Northridge eateries and bars are where the majority of college aged people hang out ... The malls are mainly for middle and high school kids -- most college students live at home and probably hang with their friends. There is not really all that much to do in the valley. but it has easy access to the beaches, hills and desert. have you tried to ask your friends where they hang?I used to go to the beach or shoot up to Bakersfield - Fresno - Merced area!
