Vegas is the city with probably the most cell towers and YES you can get cell reception at Trump. Places that are hard to get reception due to all the electronic equipment are elevators the main casino area.

Does t-mobile have cell reception at the Trump hotel? -
T-mobile service is very good here. Lots of people I know use that company. You should not have an issues with service at the hotel
