How to get around Rochester late at night with no car? -

I am travelling to Rochester in a few days and I want to go clubbing and such....but I don t have a car? Does the city have easy and quick cab service? also, would it be relatively safe to walk back to my hotel at 2-3 AM if it is only a few blocks away?

There is a Rochester in NY and a Rochester in MN. You should repost this question with some indication of which Rochester you mean.
