Whats the weather like in LA at night, in late december/early january? -

All parts of California does have a Winter season. It s not warm all the time like some people want to believe. Over night temperatures in the Los Angeles area can be chilly (to us) and often in the high 30 s to mid 40 s. It is also part of our rainy season, and rain is predicted for most of next week. Near the beaches is can be foggy, and damp. Our weather patterns come down from Alaska. The neighboring valleys and high desert can get into the 20 s, Palmdale / Lancaster was 27 last night. The local mountains can get into the teens on occasion, Big Bear was 17 last night.

it falls somewhere between cold and freaking cold! 50-60If you re from a place where it gets freezing cold then you ll laugh at our cold weather. If you re used to warm weather then you ll think it gets really freaking cold.

its pretty cold. 50-60? but there s definitely colder places. Pants, a warm jacket, fuzzy ugg type boots, a scarf, some gloves, and maybe a hat would keep you pretty cozy i think.answer mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?

40 s and 50 s. NOT freezing, which is below 32. People from LA are so thin-blooded.
