That is pretty much all of the cities west of Olympia and north of Vancouver (WA). The entire Olympic Peninsula is full of small towns at the base of the Olympic Mountains. They all get lots of rain and have great scenery. Towns along the west coast of the Peninsula tend to be logging towns, like Aberdeen or Forks. Towns on the East side of the Peninsula tend to be Military towns like Bremerton, Gig Harbor, or Silverdale. Towns on the north side of the Peninsula tend to be a variety (but have lately been big for retirement), like Hoquim and Port Townsend.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olympic_PenIf you look on the East side of Puget Sound, you can also find towns like this. But you have much more populous areas, so it is harder. But you are closer to big cities.
