Monte Carlo/City center/Bellagio tram- Open yet? -

Going to be in Vegas for New years and was wondering if the tram between Monte Carlo and the Bellagio (with a stop at City Center) has opened yet, or will be open by then? Glad to see its back, we ve missed it!!!
