How do I get presale tickets for warped tour 2010 in houston, tx and when do they come out

Pre-sales usually take place sometime in late March or early April. Your tickets (if ordered thru the presale) usually arrive a week before your scheduled Warped Tour date.General sales (i.e. Ticketmaster) usually take place sometime a week or a month after the pre-sales.The perks of pre-sales is because of the discounted prices and there s also a Warped Tour compilation CD that comes with every pre-sale ticket.I highly suggest going for the pre-sale. It s worth it - unless something that might bothers you on craving for your Warped Tour fix...if i remembered correctly, MusicToday.com was the provider for pre-sale tickets. I m not sure if they are doing that again for the 2010 edition tour, but keep checking out.
