When is the best morning time to leave from Northern NJ for Savannah, GA? -

I plan on using I-95. My goal is to avoid rush hour traffic in Philly, Baltimore, and DC. From where I live I will get to I-95 by taking Rt. 202, Rt. 31, and Rt. 579 (all southbound). Actually 1:00AM is the best because you will cross the Potomac by 5:30 AM and wind up in Savannah in the last light of day
