The weather varies so much in Chicago (and many places in the central United States). Sometimes the snow will sit for weeks, sometimes it ll be gone by the next day. Sometimes it ll be cold for a month, then we ll have a week or two of fairly warm weather.Just always remember to bring a coat and if you have a car, have the necessary supplies in there to scrape off your windshield. It ll be cold, there will be snow, but it is constantly changing.

It also depends if there is a lot of snow or just a sprinkle. Sometimes when it gets all gray and ugly you wish it would just go away or get a fresh cover of nice, white snow.
