Do you want to be near downtown - what sort of budget do you have - near a university, a close in neighborhood???????I ll check back to see what you have added.UPDATE - I would pick the Como area BUT better check ahead because there just are not many section 8 places anymore - won t do you any good to have a voucher if there is no place to live.
White Bear Lake is a nice area. Acutally St. Paul itself is nice. You should enjoy living there. Bundle up in the Winter time.
