Pros and Cons of relocating to Daytona Beach, FL? -

is Daytona Beach a nice place to live?? I know i wanna relocate somewhere thats warm year round because this Indianapolis weather is killing me...so any answers are greatly appreciated..Thank you everybody!!!!!!
