I quit 7 years ago. But even then when cigarettes in New Jersey were just over $3 a pack, you could get these ones in North Carolina with an Indian on the package for 90 cents. But you had to get them in really rural places.Or you could try at JR Cigarette Outlet in Smithfield right off I-95.
there are some in the garbage that are pretty cheap. try there, maybe you will find something!
