I agree. The Hancock Building is in a more thriving area with many other attractions in easy walking distance. It has better views of the city...Lake Shore Drive, Navy Pier, Grant Park, Lincoln Park, and the lake. It is a better site for adults because of the option to have a good meal in the Signature Room or a drink in a jazz bar with the best free view in the world. BUT...I ve found that 230 S Wacker is a better venue for kids since the addition of the new ledge. It also has a better perspective of I-290 if that s important.
