Whats better, arkansas, north carolina, or california?? -

North Carolina! I ve been to all those states and in NC the people are the nicest, you ve got the beach, the mountains, and four full seasons. There s nothing like the south!

Never been to Arkansas.But I live in California and have family in North Carolina.I d prefer North Carolina overall (Raleigh area.) I LOVE it there!

Depends... Better at what? I ve been to two of the three states mentioned, even lived in one, so I ll have to choose North Carolina.
