Use California permit in Pennsylvania? -

Hey, if someone gets a driver s permit in CA, and moves to PA, halfway through the permit term, can she still use the permit? In this case, the applicant would be 15 1/2 when applying in CA, but would be 4 months short of being 16 when arriving in PA. Would the applicant still be able to drive in PA?

Nope.Pennsylvania doesn t allow permit holders from other states to drive in Pennsylvania. Also no one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive in PA.
