My friends and I want to take a road trip during our senior year spring break. We live in Illinois, and they are not allowed to go anywhere that is a two day drive, any big tourist attractions, or out of the country, so Canada, driving to California, and Disney World are all no-gos. They are allowed to fly, so we could fly to California. I was wondering what kind of problems we would run into with booking hotels. Our two ideas are flying to California, where my 21 year old brother lives (I m sure we could book a hotel under his name) or drive to South Carolina, where we still run into the lodging problem. Any suggestions for alternate vacation destinations would be helpful too.
