Where will the next big California earthquake be? -

What does your gut sense tell you: Will the next very destructive quake devastate Los Angeles or San Francisco? I have lived in both cities and wonder how either metropolis would deal with the vast disruption that a quake of magnitude 7 or higher would produce. I have a strong sense that this event is on the near horizon and I would like other people s opinion.

My bet is LA. And when it does happen, it s going to be one baaad mutha******.I m working on buying a property out of state so I can move there when the big one hits. I figure it will take years to rebuild, even if I still have earthquake insurance.

If anyone except the angels or other supernatural being knows the answer, please let us know. I ve been trying to figure out the lotteries since the 1980 s and only managed to win $12 at the most, so unless you re a living Einstein, just prepare for it, like we did in Junior High School for civil defense.

Check this website, all the information is therehttp://quake.usgs.gov/http://earthquake.usgs.gov/regional/nca/
