Help with zip codes please? -

ok im trying to order att internet and im really confused. first off, i live in a really wierd neighborhood because the zip codes are so weird. it looks like thishttp://maps.google.com/maps?f=q source=smy apartments are where the (A) is. as you can see, the street is separated by the the highway FM 529(which is just a big road not really a highway at all) but here is the problem. that whole neighborhood(it has a wal-mart, target, food town, 2 gamestops, and a slew of other stores) uses the zip code 77095. only those 3 backstreets that im on (sommerall and smithstone and lakeview haven) use 77084 that whole area back ther is no bigger than a high school(the majority of it is just land). so my dilemma is that when i enter my address whit 77084, i can go to all the way to about the second to last page where they do a credit check and then it says it s unable to process my order online, but when i enter my my zip code as 77095 everything goes fine and i can go all the way to the final steps and everything and pay for my order(i haven t paid yet because this is confusing). so do i go by 77095 or what because they send the installtion kit through the mail and i know zip code is everything. i m so confused and i don t want to get my info screwed up. oh and my apartments are the only apartments with the name they have in the 77095 or 77084 area codes if that makes a difference

You want to know which zip code the US Postal Service is using, because it s important that USPS be able to get the package to you.The post office has set up a Web site where you can find out what zip code they use for you. Go to http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp Type in your address, city and state, then use whatever zip code comes up. If it comes up as 77095, use 77095. If it comes up as 77084, you need to call the company and talk to them.

att may have the entire complex listed under the 77095 zip code. trust me, when the technician goes out, he will figure it out. also, make sure you have a good telephone # on phile for them to contact you in case they have any problems finding you place.

Cleveland 11/24/09The expression: The Buck stops, here,..!?!This be the Zip codes. East of main South of Broad may be 12345. West of Main North of Broad may be 12370. Aaaahh,..?!?!! Makes sense,.? The reason they do not end a Zoneand begin the next Zone with the next higher number - could cause confusion,.. If the mailsorters look at a Zip, they are thinking the general area,..North of the city or South of the city,.Sure,..they could figure the next street over,..or is it the next street over,..or down,..??Maybe, the address could be five streets over and five streets down,..It would be safe tothink that a good mental collect of the streets and their areas,..If that be all why bother with the Zips at all,..Sooo,..the only question would be where is 12345 located,..the carrierneeds only to remember his route,..No problems,..the letters and other mails gets delivered,..Eliasis Yahwehei ( The Main Man )
