Gotta go with SanFranGal s recommendation; Scoma s is a must for seafood. Try BiRite Creamery for the best ice cream on the planet, seriously, go to 3692 18th Street -n- Dolores(near Delores). There s plenty to check out near Somas(Pier 47) ie: Fishermans wharf, Pier 39, and a scubed WWII Submarine, the USS Pampanito, located at Pier 45. You can go just about anywhere in SF and see something interesting. And if nothing seems to interest you, try running naked through the Haight or Castro district, and be your own SF point of interest.Have fun (and a ice cream for me too.)
