My friend and I are going to New York for 6 days during the Christmas Holiday. On New Years Eve 5 of our friends are meeting us and we will be going to Times Square to celebrate. Because this is a last minute thing we told our 5 friends that they could just crash in our hotel room for the night. They will only be there for the one night, but because we will have 7 people in our room (I am very aware that it will be super crowded) I am afraid that we will get caught or something and then get kicked out of the hotel for having too many people. We are all very mature and will not be rowdy or drunk. Do you think that there is a possibility that we could get kicked out, or what else could happen? Our hotel is in SoHo but I really don t think that makes much of a difference.
I visited New York last year to vist friends. The hotel I stayed at was OK, but I wouldn t stay there again. I found a list of hotels in New York here: http://www.hotelroomfinder.org/New-York- I m sure you can find a hotel to call and help get you situated.I had a good time in New York, maybe I should move there...
I don t know that the hotel will kick you guys out but there s the very real possibility that you will not be able to get your friends in and up to your room because of the increased security the hotels put in place during holidays and events like this.
Just because u r 7, doesn t mean they will kick u out. I would suggest asking the hotel. Good luck!
