i want to go Rohtang pass.is it possible for enjoying snow in end of december.will it open in december?Thank you

Your trip will b great...............U can stay manali for 2 days...........And I think rohtang pass is closed because of ice.......But u can enjoy ice rides in nearest place of manali........Happy journey
