What neighborhood is best to move to with kids? -

I want a neighborhood with low crime rates, great schools, and a low population. A place where kids can ride their bikes and ice cream trucks go by...and there s oak trees. Kind of like the neighborhood from desperate housewives. I grew up in the city and it wasn t that great.
