What is this in memphis? -

hii recently heard about the suspension train in memphis...what does it mean...is it like a rope car that runs on a rope...does it not have a track on which the trains usually runs?

There is a train that goes to Mud Island from downtown. It hangs under the track. It is 1/ 3 mile long and travels at 7mph.
